Getting Started

How do I create an account? Click "Sign Up" on the homepage and continue with Google, Apple, or your email address.

What devices can I use OnlyGainsTV on? OnlyGainsTV works in any modern browser on desktop, tablet, and mobile. It's also installable as a PWA — on mobile, tap "Add to Home Screen" in your browser menu.

Billing & Subscriptions

What plans are available? We offer a Monthly plan ($9.99/mo) and a Lifetime plan ($99 one-time). Both give full access to all content.

How do I cancel my subscription? Go to Dashboard → Billing and click "Manage Subscription". You can cancel anytime — you'll retain access until the end of your current billing period.

I was charged but don't have access — what do I do? Email us at support@onlygainstv.com with your receipt and we'll sort it out within 24 hours.

Content & Playback

A video won't play — what should I try?

  1. Refresh the page
  2. Try a different browser
  3. Check your internet connection
  4. Disable any browser extensions that might block video

If it still doesn't work, email support@onlygainstv.com with the video name and your browser/OS.

Can I download videos for offline viewing? Offline downloads are not currently available.

Account & Settings

How do I update my profile picture or name? Go to Dashboard → Settings to update your profile information.

How do I delete my account? Email support@onlygainstv.com with the subject line "Delete my account" and we'll remove your data within 30 days.
